If it doesn't fit, swap it.

Apparel is hard to size online. We give you a 7-day window to exchange any unworn item for a different size — no questions asked.

The 7-day window

You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange. The clock starts the day the courier marks your order delivered.

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in the original packaging. Custom-printed jerseys (with name + number) are non-returnable since they can't be re-stocked.

How to request an exchange

Email hello@friday.com with:

  • Your order ID (the 8-character code on your confirmation)
  • Photo of the unworn item with tags
  • The size you'd like instead

We reply within one working day with a return address. Once we receive the item, the exchange ships within 3 working days.

Refunds

If the size you want is unavailable or the drop has closed, we issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.

Pre-order deposits: fully refundable until the drop closes. After production starts, deposits become non-refundable unless we cancel the drop.

What's not exchangeable

  • Custom jerseys with personalised name or number
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without tags or original packaging
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

Damaged on arrival?

Different rule: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace it at our cost. No 7-day clock applies here — defective items are always our problem.
